After building Haymon Law Office around personalized estate planning, probate, and business law services, I am excited to announce the next chapter of my legal practice.
Effective August 3rd, 2026, I joined Sandberg Phoenix, allowing me to continue serving individuals, families, and business owners while benefiting from the resources, experience, and expanded capabilities of a full-service law firm.
Why did I join Sandberg Phoenix?
After months of discussion with Sandberg Phoenix, I believed this transition would be in alignment with my values and the values of my clients. One of the Sandberg Phoenix values is putting clients' needs at the center of everything they do, which at Haymon Law Office one of the values was "clients first". Merging with the firm brings the opportunity for a full administrative team to support me with cases, allowing me to have the capacity to closely navigate client's legal issues and opportunities, mentor law students and upcoming attorneys, and educate the community about Estate Planning and Probate prevention.
Additionally, because Sandberg Phoenix is a full-service law firm, Haymon Law Office clients will gain access to additional practice areas including tax, employment law, family law, commercial litigation, and other practice areas by other attorneys and practice groups in the firm. Sandberg Phoenix has multiple offices in the U.S. including Missouri, Illinois, and Florida and attorneys licensed in other states. Clients of Haymon Law Office will now enjoy the opportunity to have one law firm address needs across multiple practice areas and around the country.
I look forward to continuing to serve you at my new firm.

Continuing to Serve Your Legal Needs
My practice continues to focus on helping individuals, families, and business owners plan for the future, protect what matters, and navigate important legal transitions.
Estate Planning Attorney
Planning for the future is one of the most important steps you can take to protect your family and preserve your legacy. I continue to assist clients with comprehensive estate planning strategies tailored to their individual circumstances and goals. Whether you need a basic will, trust, or a comprehensive estate plan, I will continue to help you make informed decisions and provide peace of mind for the people who matter most.
Probate & Estate Administration Attorney
Losing a loved one is difficult enough without having to navigate the legal and administrative responsibilities that follow. I continue to represent individuals and families through the Missouri probate and estate administration process. Services include:
Whether you are serving as a personal representative, dealing with an inherited property, or trying to understand whether probate is necessary, I can help you understand your options and navigate the process.
Business & Transactional Law
I also continue to advise business owners on important legal matters involving the formation, operation, and protection of their businesses. Services include business formation, contracts, business transactions, and other legal matters affecting business ownership and operations.
I am excited about this next chapter and look forward to continuing to build relationships with clients throughout St. Charles County, St. Louis County, and surrounding Missouri communities.
